INCENTIVE/FIT: Aerith's incentive is a simple one; she wants to make sure that her friends, her companions and her planet are all safe and happy, that the sacrifices they all made weren't in vain. She'll make special note that she wants Cloud, in particular, to be taken care of, because she knows that he's in suffering and that he's hurt; she wants him to understand that no one blames him and no one feels anything but love for him, especially her.

At 22, Aerith is more than old enough for Eudio. She's had relationships before - during the game "Crisis Core" she and Zack were together and in a relationship, and though it appears chaste it's obvious how much they cared about one another. She's incredibly affectionate with her friends, friendly even to strangers, and she wouldn't have too much issue with being intimate with people to make sure that the city is cared for and that her friends are safe.

ANYTHING ELSE? Aerith, like other Final Fantasy characters, is capable of using materia - essentially plug-in magic spells! Her Limit Breaks, the 'ultimate attacks' for each character, are focussed around mass healing and protection that ties in with her White Mage status. Any limitations on this are fine with me! She'll be coming in with her best weapon, the Princess Guard, and will be happy to get a license for it - not that she intends to use it.
